Very well made pillow, but twice as thick as I need.

Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to see if this pillow would work because the musty smell is disgusting. I thought it smelled a little funny when I took it out of the plastic but I thought it might abate. I put on my silk pillowcase, propped it up on the bed, and lay back on it to watch TV. Not only didn't the smell go away, it literally made my hair and pajamas smell musty, too. I'm extremely disappointed because it felt cool to the touch, which is what I wanted. It's heavy - a rock - but I had already expected that from seeing these types before. I'm a side sleeper who currently uses memory foam pillows that are really memory foam chunked up...okay at first but become very flat over time...so looked forward to something that might not flatten as quickly. But, as I said, the smell was so atrocious, as well as clung to me, that I never experienced if it would be an improvement for my actual sleeping. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it (I have everything delivered from Sam's) during a busy holiday season, as well as having to find something else...all because of a musty smell that Sam's should be ashamed to provide to their members.

This is my first memory foam pillow. The pillow itself, is firm and heavy, yet soft to lay on. I find the pillow very comfortable for back and side sleeping. It is supportive of my head and neck. With traditional type pillows, I was always switching up depending on my sleeping position. I would also crunch up pillows under my neck for support. I dont do that with this memory foam pillow. Nor have I needed to switch up to a different pillow. I find myself sleeping through the night without tossing and turning and without neck pain. The pillow does have a cooling effect to it. I have not had to flip it to find a cool side, as I have with traditional pillow types. The thickness of the pillow is just right. It is not too thick nor too thin. The removable and washable zippered cover is a added plus for the pillow. I did purchase online two of these, King size, sight unseen and am very pleased with my purchase.

Unfortunately I cannot get the awful smell out of this pillow. I haven’t been able to use it due to the smell.

Vey comfortable. Medium firmness for a nemory foam. Slight odor out of package so gave it a spray of febreze and its been fine. Great price.

Purchased during a hotel stay to replace the sad "too soft" pillows. Brought them home and now they replace the $200 top-of-the line branded pillows!

These pillows were very hard and lost their shape very quickly. Not worth the money. I wouldn't buy them again.

It's the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. It's true to what they advertise and worth the money

The only reason why I gave it a 4 is because as a side sleeper it was just a hair to high and made my neck hurt.

When opening the plastic there was a strong off smell. It might dissipate after out of the plastic but we did not want to take that chance. Returned
