I use this pillow every night. I like the comfort. It seems like I’m sleeping on a new pillow every time I lay my head down. I’m not really getting a cooling sensation. I also like that the cover can be unzipped and washed.

This pillow has some good features- those being you can easily take off and wash the cover and it holds it shape. I found it too firm and didn’t support my neck. Also I didn’t find that it stayed cool overnight.

Not my favorite pillow I’ve ever gotten. The memory foam is great but it’s not very soft or forgiving! Had an odd smell too when I got it. Will continue to try and use it to see if it gets better . Will keep trying !

Medium firmness pillow that doesn't have too much give to it. With materials uses should hold up well to continued use. From my short time using he pillow does not get hot when sleeping. No flipping the pillow needed.

I LOVE this pillow! It doesn't get a dent from your head like polyester filled pillows do. And it's not so thick that your neck is at an awkward angle all night. PLUS it's a cooling pillow! Those of us with hot flashes can really appreciate that!

I’ve been using this pillow for a week now and it’s been great! It keeps cool and being memory foam feels soft and yet firm. This is probably one of my favorite pillows I’ve ever had. Also it doesn’t smell bad.

This is a nice pillow. It is firm, but not too firm. If I had one critique, it would be that it seems a little on the small side. If it was a little thicker, it would be better for me. It still aided in a good night's sleep.

This pillow is absolutely so soft. It forms to your head. You wake up feeling great in the morning. The pillow also keeps you nice and cool at night. Once you take your head off the pillow unforms. I highly recommend getting one.

Nice lightweight but firm pillow. It did not go flat and I was comfortable using it sleeping on my side. I used it also to sit up against my headboard. It cradled to my head and neck and I don’t wake up with neck pain.

Members Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow was nice the first couple days, but wasn't after this. It was too ridged, firm, etc and wouldn't become more soft or jelly.
