I received this pillow a few days ago. It shipped in a box and without damage. It looks very nice and bright white. I’m t is firm but softens to your head. The cooling effect is not tremendous so don’t buy it for that feature. Great for a side sleeper.

This pillow has exceeded my expectations. I am truly enjoying this pillow's ability to stay cool all night long. You don't have to change sides to enjoy the cool-ness. It's also firm without being rock hard. I personally enjoy this because I het a full night's sleep without interruptions (very important to me because i deal with sleep apnea). The pillow is soft to the touch. I definitely recommend if you want a high quality pillow at an affordable price

This gel memeory foam pillow provides the best support for any sleeping position. It forms to your neck structure and is supportive all through the night. The cover is easily removable so keeping the pillow clean will be an easy feat. This pillow is one of the best ones I've used to date!!

This pillow finally came in and glad that it did. Very soft and works amazingly. The cooling pillow is great I have had body cooling body pillows but I’m happy with this nice regular sized one a lot more because it is the perfect size and doesn’t hang off the bed when I’m sleeping.

The pillow is overall comfortable, but I didn't think it was as cool feeling as I thought it was going to be. Once you put a pillow case on it, it's still gets about as warm as my other pillows do. However, it is cool to the touch, and if you used the pillow without a pillow case, which is an option since this has a removable, washable cover, then it might feel cooler over night. Initially, the pillow is firm, but you do sink into it. If you're a back or side sleeper, the pillow is good because it supports your neck as your head sinks into it. Overall, the pillow is great. If you like to take your own pillow when you travel, this fits in a larger size suitcase. It might be too big for carry-on luggage.

The Members Mark hotel premier cooling pillow is overall a very comfortable pillow. The pillow has held its shape thus far and has provided ample neck and head support. The cooling feature seems to work fairly well. That feature will be put to the test in the coming summer months. Added bonus is that the cover is removable and washable. Well priced pillow that performs as designed with desirable features.

This pillow is so comfortable! It’s really soft and holds shape well. It’s not lumpy so it stands well on the bed. The cooling effect is great if you get hot at night. It’s great to prop up to watch a show in bed and soft enough to then sleep on as well.

As someone that sleeps away from home I don’t think the product name does this pillow justice! It is really a great pillow to sleep with. I love the thickness, it is spongy and very comfortable. It has a good bounce back. I wouldn’t say it’s overly cooling but it definitely doesn’t make me run hot. This has fast become my favorite pillow!

This is a great foam pillow. The pillow forms to your head and can accommodate any sleeping position. I really like the removeable case on the pillow for washing and comfort. The only down side was the initial smell of the pillow. After a few days of airing the pillow out the smell went away!

This pillow is not fluffy but has support. It’s not super thin either. It’s not firm to where it has no give but not fluffy to where your head sinks in either. Personally I don’t like super fluffy pillows without support and I don’t like super thin pillows where your head is on the mattress. This is a good middle ground.
