The Members Mark hotel premier cooling pillow is overall a very comfortable pillow. The pillow has held its shape thus far and has provided ample neck and head support. The cooling feature seems to work fairly well. That feature will be put to the test in the coming summer months. Added bonus is that the cover is removable and washable. Well priced pillow that performs as designed with desirable features.

I got the Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam Pillow in hopes of keeping cool and comfortable while sleeping, and it absolutely did just that. I love that the cover has a zipper which makes it easier to put on/take off.

This pillow is very nice and comfortable. I’m normally a stomach sleeper and occasionally side, and with this pillow I can do both. It has helped keep my head cooler when I sleep than any other pillow I’ve had before. I can tell a difference with the cooling technology. I have used it before without the pillow case even.

This pillow was a gamechanger. I had great night sleep for the nights of testing this pillow out. I could easily sleep all the way through the night. I didn't have to wake up and readjust the way my head was. The way my head sinks into the pillow is great and the way it pops right back up and stays full.

Nice pillow! I was impressed with packaging and cover of pillow. Pillow did not offgas and was ready to use right away. I am a side sleeper and I found the pillow too firm to be used as my main pillow. I do think it is the perfect pillow for propping up in my bed though.

I love my Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow, I use my pillow for sleeping and for sitting up in bed to watch T.V. The pillow is strong enough to hold my position and soft enough to fall asleep on. The cooling effect is wonderful and helps me to fall asleep easily. My wife and I fight over who gets to use the pillow so it looks like I will be buying one more.

This pillow somehow gives firm yet plush. You don’t entirely sink into it, it kind of shapes your head. My husband is the guy that uses 3+ different pillows to get his perfect pillow. However he does not have to do that with this pillow at all. So in that case, it’s great!

This pillow is very nice! It is so comfortable to sleep on and I don't wake up with neck pain anymore. It conforms to your head so nicely. It does seem to be a little warmer than a normal pillow, but I do tend to run warmer at night. I think it might be just a little smaller than a normal pillow, but that doesn't bother me at all.

We were in need of new pillows so when I saw this I decided to give it a try! We are rather picky about are pillows and trying to find new ones has been put on the back burner, since we kept on being disappointed. This was the total opposite! As soon as I used it one night, I went back to order more for the whole house. Definitely a cooling pillow and it was soft and firm in the places where it needed to be. We couldn't be happier.
