This pillow is for a person who doesn’t like fluffy pillows. It is quite flat, but supportive if that is the kind of pillow you choose. My husband prefers flat pillows and he thought it was nice. If you want a taller support for your shoulder you may try two together.

Before I received this pillow I had a pinch in my shoulder/neck for well over a week. Two nights into using this pillow and the pinch is completely gone. I 100 percent believe it was this pillow because it wasn’t improving until I used it the first night. I also want to note that I’m not normally a fan of memory foam but wow. I even slept better the last two night! The pillow is very firm but very quickly molds to your shoulders, neck, and head. I’m def investing in a second one for my husband. My only complaint is that it has a very strong odor when you first unwrap it. I would suggest letting it sit a couple days unwrapped before you use it. Had I waited to use it that wouldn’t have even been an issue. Night two the scent was basically gone.

This pillow is very nice and comfortable. I’m normally a stomach sleeper and occasionally side, and with this pillow I can do both. It has helped keep my head cooler when I sleep than any other pillow I’ve had before. I can tell a difference with the cooling technology. I have used it before without the pillow case even.

This pillow is great. The memory foam provides a great sleep experience while conforming to your head and neck. The removable cover makes washing a breeze. The only downside is that it is not super thick pillow. So if you like large fluffier pillows you might be disappointed.

I love my Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection pillow, I use my pillow for sleeping and for sitting up in bed to watch T.V. The pillow is strong enough to hold my position and soft enough to fall asleep on. The cooling effect is wonderful and helps me to fall asleep easily. My wife and I fight over who gets to use the pillow so it looks like I will be buying one more.

I like the removable zippered pillow cover for washing. I like that the foam in sealed in a covering under the zippered pillow cover. The gel is supportive and I did sleep comfortably with no neck pain. I struggle with gel pillows causing ear discomfort from side sleeping and the firmness of this pillow did cause some ear discomfort from sleeping on my side. The pillow did have a mild odor common with gel foam products. I recommend letting the pillow air out before using.

Like the hotel pillows for which they are named these pillows combine firm support with the memory foam experience. While admittedly this pillow is a tad thicker than regular memory foam pillows which may make it uncomfortable for some users, overall I emjoyed sleeping with it on my bed and will continue to use it. One thing of note is like hotel pillows it does hold a bit of heat, but combined with a breathable pillow case that doesn't seem to be a problem with continued use.

Comfortable and well made! The first thing I noticed was that the zip cover feels and looks very premium. The pillow has just the right level of “give” and was supportive of my neck as well. It did have that memory foam/chemical smell so I had to let it air out first before sleeping on it as I’m sensitive to smells. The cooling effect is mild, would have liked a bit more cooling as I sleep hot and it wasn’t noticeably improving anything in that department. Overall though, it feels like a luxury pillow!

This is a great pillow. It stays cool and it's firm but not too firm. Comes with a zippered cover and then another cover over the foam which are both washable. The only downside for me was the initial smell. It had a strong chemical smell that was kind of overwhelming for me. When I first received the pillow I removed it from the plastic and let it sit for 3 days so that the smell would dissipate, still slightly there but tolerable.

This pillow is very comfortable. I really like the easy on and off washae cover. Its pretty also. It is a little thinner and smaller than I prefer, but I am using it as an extra pillow and it gives good support to my neck. I use a CPAP and it works well that also.
