My daughter was in “desperate need of” in her words, a new pillow. She just wasn’t sleeping well most nights. So when this one arrived, she was over the moon. First night review, she raved about how good she slept! I loved that it has an anti microbial treatment on the pillow to keep away odors and that the cover is removable and washable. She loves that it fits her head perfectly and that it is cooling! Both Mom and Daughter approved!

This pillow is so comfortable! It’s really soft and holds shape well. It’s not lumpy so it stands well on the bed. The cooling effect is great if you get hot at night. It’s great to prop up to watch a show in bed and soft enough to then sleep on as well.

I would consider this pillow a firm pillow. It does mean however, that the pillow is not soft. It still is. This is not a memory foam pillow. However, It does adjust to the contour on your neck, shoulder, and back. I would make sure that nothing below the shoulder line/level should be on the pillow before I fall asleep-- or else it cause in some soreness in the morning. After several nights using it, I can say that this has helped with clavicle soreness on the nights when I sleep more on my side than my back. This has been an issue for me for years. I am glad I discovered this pillow. This is a comfortable pillow and it is now my preferred pillow especially compared to the regular pillows available from department stores.

I am a multiple pillow user. Meaning, I have more than one pillow at a time. This pillow was a struggle for me until, I used it by itself. It was very comfortable with no other pillows under it. It did stay cool which I loved. And you can definitely feel the memory foam.

This memory foam pillow is very similar to some much more expensive brands we've tried, and it's performance is on par as well. While we don't have a good idea of how the pillow will hold up over time, it's firmness works well for me (side-sleeper), and the "new foam" smell wore off in about a day. The pillow doesn't sleep hot, but it doesn't really feel as though it's "cooling" via phase change material. This is expected I'd assume when using a pillow cover and pillow case since there now several layers between the pillow and skin. Will likely get another one or two of these pillows.

This pillow is firm, but not like a rock. You do not sink into this pillow like some of the other memory foam pillows on the market. The fabric of the pillow has a very nice texture. I really like the cooling feature of this pillow, it does keep cool when your head is resting on it. At the end of the day, it does not work well for me, as I am a side/stomach sleeper. This pillow would work great if you are a back sleeper.

Nice pillow, good neck support. This pillow is very easy to keep clean as it has a soft cover that easily zippers on and off so you can take it off and toss it in the washing machine. I haven't washed the actual pillow yet but seems like it will hold up.

I'm primarily a side sleeper, and this is a very comfortable pillow for me. It is not a super soft pillow, so it provides support to keep my neck from getting kinked. I like that it comes with a washable zippered cover, so it's super easy to keep clean. My only complaint is the smell. I haven't tried any other memory foam pillows so I'm not sure how common this issue is, but after two weeks of using the pillow I can still smell that "memory foam" essence when I lie down. It isn't as strong as it was at the beginning though, so perhaps it will fade completely in time.

I like the removable zippered pillow cover for washing. I like that the foam in sealed in a covering under the zippered pillow cover. The gel is supportive and I did sleep comfortably with no neck pain. I struggle with gel pillows causing ear discomfort from side sleeping and the firmness of this pillow did cause some ear discomfort from sleeping on my side. The pillow did have a mild odor common with gel foam products. I recommend letting the pillow air out before using.

I was excited to try out this pillow, it is the first “cooling” pillow that I have tried. The cooling pillow is cool but doesn’t stay cool, but doesn’t seem to get hot like other memory foam pillows I have used. It does have a very slight odor, other memory foam pillows have smelled much worse. I am a side sleeper and like my pillows fairly flat, if this pillow was about 1” thinner it would be perfect for me. It does compress some but your head doesn’t sink into it. Overall, I really like this pillow, would love this pillow if it compressed a little more or was a little thinner. The cover is soft and comfortable. Overall this pillow is really nice, comfortable and would even say luxurious.
