Love this pillow! The gel in this pillow makes for a very firm pillow that hasn’t gone flat yet. It’s soft enough to conform to your shape but it fluffs back out nicely. I haven’t had to wash it yet but love the fact the cover can be removed to be washed.

This gel memory foam pillow is so comfortable! It forms around you so whatever position you sleep in feels great! It has a washable cover that has been treated with an antimicrobial agent to prevent growth of odor causing bacteria. It also has a 5 year warranty. Would recommend.

The packaging the pillow came in was awesome. It was sealed in plastic which made me feel it was clean and ready to use. Minimal smell. I left it to air out for a few hours. Put it on my bed the same day. Not sure if there are different levels of firmness, but this one felt very firm,

I was skeptical at first when starting to use this pillow. I typically prefer pillows less full. Right away I was a fan of the cooling aspect. So refreshing to not have to flip a pillow throughout the night to sleep on a cool side. This pillow has grown on me and now is my favorite. It has reduced neck cramping and allows for a more restful nights sleep.

I really like how supportive this pillow is and the texture on it absolutely helps with the pillow staying cool. The only down side i have found using this pillow is that it can not be out in the washer and dryer. I really like being able to clean my pillows but definitely does not change the fact this pillow is very comfortable.

I really wanted to like this pillow. I’ve been sleeping on my back a lot more lately and this felt really good under my neck. The problem is there’s an odor coming off of the pillow. I don’t know if it’s typical of memory foam because I don’t have anything else with memory foam in my house; this was a first. I did let the pillow air out for a week and the odor is still there. I suppose if I wanted to use this pillow under my knees, it wouldn’t be so bad but because I’d like to use it under my head, I cannot. Otherwise, the pillow seems to be made very well. It feels nice. It fits a standard size pillowcase which you can see by my picture. I have it lying on top of a pillowcase; it slid right in. If you are not too sensitive to odors, this pill might work for you or maybe mine was just an outlier, but I probably wouldn’t purchase based on this.

The Member’s Mark Hotel Premier Collection Premium Cooling Gel Memory Foam pillow has replaced my neck pillow I was using. This pillow is soft, lush, and does indeed keep me cooler during sleep at night. It springs back to form quickly. I only wish it supported my neck slightly more.

I'm primarily a side sleeper, and this is a very comfortable pillow for me. It is not a super soft pillow, so it provides support to keep my neck from getting kinked. I like that it comes with a washable zippered cover, so it's super easy to keep clean. My only complaint is the smell. I haven't tried any other memory foam pillows so I'm not sure how common this issue is, but after two weeks of using the pillow I can still smell that "memory foam" essence when I lie down. It isn't as strong as it was at the beginning though, so perhaps it will fade completely in time.

As a mostly side sleeper I would highly recommend this pillow. It's not to soft or to firm and helps keep me cool and comfortable through the night. Being middle aged I have noticed that I toss n turn a lot more. Along with frequent trips to the rest room. This pillow has been amazing! No more tossing and turning. I also no longer wake up to flip my pillow and throw off the covers.

The pillow is very firm. My head did not sink into the pillow at all. I have not slept on it for a whole night because I'd wake up with a sore neck from my head being higher than my spine. I didn't notice any cooling effect the few hours I used it.
