These fit into our heads/necks pretty good - they’re not too heavy either. We had the expensive memory foam pillows before - just wanted to replace them.

Finally a pillow that holds its shape! We have had it with shredded pieces of foam that you have to beat up every morning. This one gives a good notes sleep as well.

seems comfortable but smells horrible. i have MCS/ chemical intolerance and after airing out for a week still can't use these. the strong smell makes me nauseous. i even put them outside for a night.

Everything you would expect from a gel memory foam pillow without a high price tag! It is cool to the touch and has good neck support. A very nice feature is that the cover is washable and easily removable.

The chemical smell of this pillow is unbearable. I followed the instructions and aired it out for twice as long as recommended and I can't even be in the same room as this pillow.

These pillows are amazing! They're a good combination orf firm but soft. I have always had to use 2 pillows to be thick enough until these! I have had them for awhile and they don't lose their "fluff". They fit into the pillow case snug and do not slide around. These pillows are worth the buy!

This pillow is great. The memory foam provides a great sleep experience while conforming to your head and neck. The removable cover makes washing a breeze. The only downside is that it is not super thick pillow. So if you like large fluffier pillows you might be disappointed.

I was excited to try out this pillow, it is the first “cooling” pillow that I have tried. The cooling pillow is cool but doesn’t stay cool, but doesn’t seem to get hot like other memory foam pillows I have used. It does have a very slight odor, other memory foam pillows have smelled much worse. I am a side sleeper and like my pillows fairly flat, if this pillow was about 1” thinner it would be perfect for me. It does compress some but your head doesn’t sink into it. Overall, I really like this pillow, would love this pillow if it compressed a little more or was a little thinner. The cover is soft and comfortable. Overall this pillow is really nice, comfortable and would even say luxurious.

Really well made pillow with anti-microbial zipped cover. Stiching is excellent. The memory foam holds the shape just right to provide adequate support for the head. The cover can be removed and washed. The pillow has a 5year limited warranty and is made in USA.

My husband and I are half back and half side sleepers. Both of us are extremely happy after his first nights sleep. My husband big head just settled into it, and the next morning the pillow recovered it's shape as new. From every perspective for me this is a very high quality pillow. MEMBER'S MARK Hotel premier pillow is firm gives strong support, cooling feeling. Slightly smell very faint nothing natural deodorizer couldn't fix. Cover is machine washable.  The fact that they are antimicrobial is awesome! Only issue was keeping my husband from snagging it from me 😂  ! I will be getting my own set soon!!
