Hello Dear Consumer. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry you’re not getting the experience you were expecting from Tide. Make sure to place the pod in the back of the drum before adding the clothes. Also in some modern machines, the POD may end up on top of the wash or in the middle, which can prevent it from dissolving properly Please know that we have many quality checks in place to make sure your product is in great condition for you.
