We&#39;re so very sorry to hear about this, Jacob. Usually when stains occur, it&#39;s due to there being too many clothes in the load, or there was too many absorbent items. This is because it is water-soluble, and if not enough water comes into contact with the pod, it won&#39;t fully dissolve. If you aren&#39;t doing so already, put the pod in first before your laundry. This can help prevent this from happening in the future. We&#39;d like to assist you further.
