Linda, we are absolutely thrilled to hear you find our Tide Power PODS plus Ultra OXI Laundry Detergent a great product and appreciate the 4 bag convenience, especially when traveling! It is wonderful to know that this thoughtful packaging enhances your experience. We designed Tide Power PODS to deliver the confidence of both powerful cleaning and odor elimination, with each POD doing the work of two regular Tide laundry PODS to tackle big and dirty loads without pretreating. Knowing that the convenience and effectiveness of this product fit so well into your lifestyle truly brightens our day. We are so happy you are enjoying such brilliant results!

We are really sorry to hear you had this experience with our Tide Power PODS + Ultra OXI Laundry Detergent. It must upsetting that the scent was too strong for your liking. We understand scent is very subjective, and we appreciate you providing us with this feedback and positive comments on it, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. For a safer Tide PODS alternative, I would advise you to try our Tide PowerPODS Free & Gentle which is formulated for people with sensitive skin, and it is also dye-free and scent-free. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 879-8433 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you for this issue. Your satisfaction is highly important for us at Tide.

Tamara, we're so sorry to hear you received our Tide Power PODS™ instead of your regular order, and would like to help. This version of our PODS™ is twice the size of our regular version, and offers a better clean. We hope that you enjoy the power of Tide with these PODS™, and in the meantime, if there's anything we can help with, please give us a call at (800) 879-8433.
