⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Haven’t bought laundry detergent in 3 YEARS—health life had me outsourcing it. Now I’m back doing my own laundry and figured I’d come in strong. Plot twist: I grew up in a “no Tide” house because of sensitivities… so this is me rewriting childhood rules as an adult 😅 What I need this to handle: Smoke. Sweat. Dog. Mystery smells that have no business existing. So far—solid first impression. The quantity for the price? 👏 Packaged in separate bags? Even better (no wrestling a giant container). Haven’t fully tested the results yet, but if this actually kills the smells like people claim… this might be my new go-to. Tide, I’ve got high expectations. Don’t play with me.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service We encountered what appears to be a bad batch of laundry pods—none of the three chambers dissolved properly in water, resulting in damaged clothes and work uniforms. We’ve used the same pods and machine for years without issue, so it’s clearly a product defect. When I contacted customer service to report the issue and offer the box information, I was met with indifference. Rather than taking the details seriously, they asked me to mail the pods in and wait 6–8 weeks for a response. Representatives Kayle and Paige seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and lacked basic customer care skills. It’s frustrating to be run in circles with no real answers or accountability. Based on this experience, I will no longer be purchasing P&G products.

I love this product. But this review is a response to the person who has powder over on the pods and does not dissolve thoroughly. First take a damp soft cloth and lay flat. Rub the pod Gently against the soft cloth. OR Get some Arm %26 Hammer Laundry Soda and put a recommended amount on the floor of the wash drum (not on top of the Load) %26 put a Pod on top of it. OR Put a small amount, per se 1 Tablespoon of Ariel on the bottom of the wash drum, then put a Pod on top of it. I have done so and my loads came out clean. No residues on clothing. No undissolved Pod pieces left behind inside the drum, no undissolved pieces found anywhere within the wash drum or rubber drain ( I have a front loader). I hope this works for the person(s) who have encountered "Coating of powder on the pod issue".

Good price for a quality detergent. Really works as advertised.

Nice big pods .. not too stick together

This is my go to laundry detergent. Like the larger pods. Works great and smells good.

Smell very good and one pod is about the same as 2 regular pods! Love them!

These pods are great for large loads and they smell great too!

It gets my clothes clean every.time

By far the best Tide product. Wish it was on sale all the time!
