I love this product. But this review is a response to the person who has powder over on the pods and does not dissolve thoroughly. First take a damp soft cloth and lay flat. Rub the pod Gently against the soft cloth. OR Get some Arm %26 Hammer Laundry Soda and put a recommended amount on the floor of the wash drum (not on top of the Load) %26 put a Pod on top of it. OR Put a small amount, per se 1 Tablespoon of Ariel on the bottom of the wash drum, then put a Pod on top of it. I have done so and my loads came out clean. No residues on clothing. No undissolved Pod pieces left behind inside the drum, no undissolved pieces found anywhere within the wash drum or rubber drain ( I have a front loader). I hope this works for the person(s) who have encountered "Coating of powder on the pod issue".

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service We encountered what appears to be a bad batch of laundry pods—none of the three chambers dissolved properly in water, resulting in damaged clothes and work uniforms. We’ve used the same pods and machine for years without issue, so it’s clearly a product defect. When I contacted customer service to report the issue and offer the box information, I was met with indifference. Rather than taking the details seriously, they asked me to mail the pods in and wait 6–8 weeks for a response. Representatives Kayle and Paige seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and lacked basic customer care skills. It’s frustrating to be run in circles with no real answers or accountability. Based on this experience, I will no longer be purchasing P&G products.
