We have only had it for a short period of time so far and have only used it as a freezer but it works great!!

Perfect stand up freezer gor our needs. Easy transaction using Sam’s club online app. Met us in the parking lot and helped load it into my truck.

There was dents and dings caused by shipper, including a bad dent in the door. the freezer does not sit level, no matter what i do. Freezer does get cold.

Broke within one year of purchasing, reaching out through warranty to get it fixed or replaced was impossible. They make it very clear they do not want to help.

Quite, cool fast, perfect size for my need in the garage and affordable price. Can be used as a freezer or fridge. Only complaint is the plastic drawer material not as sturdy.

This is the perfect size for me, and the fact that it's upright helps me a lot, because I always fall into the chest freezers lol. It looks nice. It runs great and so far everything has been frozen solid. I absolutely love this freezer.

This is a perferct size. Gives us expansion room from our refrigerators top freezer. Just plug and let run. The film is a little difficult to remove, but found that a slow pull works better.

great size and temperature for my needs, but that's where the good ends. This freezer will not stop making frost no matter what I do. i want to love it but i just cant when i need to defrost it every few weeks

This is a nice little auxiliary/garage freezer replacement . The shelves with drawers make everything easily viewable. No more forgotten stuff in the back. Only downgraded it a star because of the 3 small dents in the cabinet sides. Many others have had these same issues here and with other small freezers, as well. Strange that there is no damage on the box, but shows up as punctures on the freezer's outside walls.

Great little freezer! Love the fact I could remove drawers and shelves to personalize it the way I want it. I only left the bottom drawer and removed 2 shelves to make it work for our needs. Definitely would recommend this refrigerator/freezer convertible!
