This is a perferct size. Gives us expansion room from our refrigerators top freezer. Just plug and let run. The film is a little difficult to remove, but found that a slow pull works better.

Purchased in store and when we got it home and unpackaged we saw a huge gash in the side. Took it back and they wouldn't let us open the other ones that had worst boxes. We had to purchase another one and we opened it in the parking lot. Sure enough that one had a smashed in corner and we returned and will look elsewhere.

We wanted additional freezer space in our laundry room to store meats, and this is perfect. Plenty of room for our needs. I have beef, chicken, and pork products, stored in two drawers each. Top two shelves are for misc. items. I love that it can be converted in to a refrigerator if we choose to do that.

Great little freezer! Love the fact I could remove drawers and shelves to personalize it the way I want it. I only left the bottom drawer and removed 2 shelves to make it work for our needs. Definitely would recommend this refrigerator/freezer convertible!

I have had this freezer since 10/24 (it's now 1/26) so my review has a longer term outlook. I couldn't pick it up myself so I ordered on line. It came so well packed that it took a very long time to unwrap but it was in perfect condition. Pros--The freezer has maintained it's -4 temperature extremely well. The drawers are very convenient and they are optional to use. It doesn't pull much power--we've needed to run it (and another much larger frost free freezer) on a small generator during power outages. It is not frost free but I have not needed to do more than scrap off a little ice a few times in the 18 months we've had it. Note:We use this as a long term food freezer for meat, fish, garden vegetables and berries so it is not constantly being opened many times a day. Cons--It's not frost free so there will be frost (especially at the top) and need to be defrosted eventually--which is a messy job. (So I wouldn't use it for example as an ice cream freezer that little kids will open again, and again, and again. Drawers reduce usable space but don't have to be used because there are shelves. So--yeah, I like this freezer (especially for the price) so much that we're buying one for my niece as a house warming gift.

39 degrees when set to max fridge setting...that should be the temp when on the min setting. Will not cool to the specs listed in the manual. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! ALSO, entire thing is wrapped with a protective film and it takes FOREVER to peel it off.

We’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but I’m loving it!!! It was well packaged and has so many possibilities too. It can be used as a fridge or freezer and the drawers are removable so you can use the glass shelves as well. Love it, love it, love it!!!

In 36 hours, the freezer was badly frosted. (See picture.) We thought maybe we had not balanced it well enough so we used a level to balance it, thawed and dried it out and we tried again. This time it was 6 days before we checked again. Every shelf was covered with ice. We just thawed it to return it. I soaked 2 beach towels drying it out. A huge amount of ice in 6 days! Don't buy it!

The refrigerator itself could be better, but what has been most disappointing is the return process. The unit arrived damaged, which I understand can happen during shipping and was likely not intentional. However, returning it has been extremely difficult. The FedEx driver refused to pick up the refrigerator because it was not packed in the exact way they required. Once a refrigerator has been unpacked and inspected, it's unrealistic to expect customers to repack it exactly as it arrived. After that, I was referred to a different company for the return. While they are willing to pick it up, they only offer morning pickup windows and require someone to be home for a four-hour period. For anyone working a full-time job, this means having to take time off work just to accommodate the pickup. A damaged product is frustrating enough, but the complicated and inflexible return process has made the experience much worse. I would not recommend this product or seller based on my experience.

Worst purchase ever! Purchased Aug of 2024 and right out of the box the drawers were flimsy, the shelves white protectors didn't stay attached, and the fronts snapped off with very gentle use. Fast forward a year and the door seal isn't reliable. Have had to put a child proof lock on it just to keep the door shut and a portable kitchen cart in front of it. Save yourself the money and just invest in something else. Tried returning but was denied and have been stuck with something that isn't reliable.
