My freezer came damaged! And went on Sam's Club site and to the chat. They abruptly ended the chat. Tried to get back in chat and nobody would connect. The took my phone number and email and have had NO contact since then. Sam'sClub sucks for customer service!!

We’ve been wanting an upright freezer with all drawers for the last few years. We finally bit the bullet on this one because of the price being right and its smaller size. This freezer is just the right size to hold all of our meat for months worth of meals. Each drawer we have designated for one type of meat, ground chuck, pork chops, chicken etc. The only problems we had were leveling it during set up was a little challenging and it created ice on the shelves in between the drawer and shelf. Overall 10/10

I was excited to buy this upright freezer but because it only has drawers it really doesn't hold very much. I have chest and that holds a lot but it is deep and you have to search for things. I would rather this upright freezer just have shelves.

I was a little concerned about damage, due to other reviews. We unboxed it and the exterior was fine. However, as we started removing all of the tape, we noticed that every drawer pull was broken. There are small tabs that keep the front of the drawer attached and they were all broken. That was frustrating and disappointing since we had to haul it back up from the basement and put it on our front porch for a FedEx pick up. The pick up was very quick (next day) despite Sam's sending repeated emails that it would be 5-10 days.

So far, nothing but issues. The first one arrived with a big piece of metal sticking out. Sent it back for replacement and now the replacement is SUPER hot on the outside, came dented and scratched, not really cooling and the water condensation is horrible

We have only had it for a short period of time so far and have only used it as a freezer but it works great!!

Not a good fridge if that's what you're looking for here. This refrigerator is best in freezer mode.

Perfect stand up freezer gor our needs. Easy transaction using Sam’s club online app. Met us in the parking lot and helped load it into my truck.

This is the perfect size for me, and the fact that it's upright helps me a lot, because I always fall into the chest freezers lol. It looks nice. It runs great and so far everything has been frozen solid. I absolutely love this freezer.

Quite, cool fast, perfect size for my need in the garage and affordable price. Can be used as a freezer or fridge. Only complaint is the plastic drawer material not as sturdy.
