The refrigerator itself could be better, but what has been most disappointing is the return process. The unit arrived damaged, which I understand can happen during shipping and was likely not intentional. However, returning it has been extremely difficult. The FedEx driver refused to pick up the refrigerator because it was not packed in the exact way they required. Once a refrigerator has been unpacked and inspected, it's unrealistic to expect customers to repack it exactly as it arrived. After that, I was referred to a different company for the return. While they are willing to pick it up, they only offer morning pickup windows and require someone to be home for a four-hour period. For anyone working a full-time job, this means having to take time off work just to accommodate the pickup. A damaged product is frustrating enough, but the complicated and inflexible return process has made the experience much worse. I would not recommend this product or seller based on my experience.

Perfect size for inside and on garage. Only refrigerates or freezes not both. We like to have a refrigerator specifically for Beverages and it met the need perfectly.

Set up in a garage in Northeast Florida. Very easy set up and it is staying very cold despite warm outside temperatures. Slight bit of frost but otherwise working well

Bought twice, both dented where they wouldn’t sit flat,the door wouldn’t close and there was something leaking from the bottom of the appliance. Returned both to the store and did not purchase again.

Sharp appearing, works well in frig mode (have not used freezer mode) but the drawers only gets a little annoying. I guess it is a matter of just getting used to it. For the money this is a solid piece of equiptment.

Early delivery! We like this refrigerator because we can use it as a refrigerator and/or freezer. It has ample shelves and drawers and can be mixed at any preference. Freezer is not defrost free as noted

A great small freezer or fridge. Fits in tight spaces in the garage and is perfect as an upright freezer. Comes with drawers on all shelves. Which we removed. But nice to have if using as a fridge.

Easy to setup and level. I love the option for refrigerator or Freezer. We use as a fridge. It holds all our extra milk, cheese, and sodas. I replaced two small fridges and this has more space combined. Highly recommend

Love my new garage freezer. It’s just enough extra space to keep the stuff I bake and freeze for later. Only downside is it’s not frost free, but for the price that’s ok.

The fridge working fine but once I got it home and open up the box find many dents and bend wheels directly from the manufacturer! I have to fixed what's damaged from factory beside dents on the fridge body....
