I like this refrigerator very much. Lots of space and is very cold. Wish it had a light inside as this refrigerator is not that small, so it does need a light but other than that I highly recommend it. I use it as a refrigerator so I have not use the freezer

Freezes well only thing it isn't self defrost and it seems to be building frost up pretty fast. This is minor and seems like a quality product. I like the way the inside is laid out with the drawers. I haven't tried just the fridge I just needed a freezer.

I am super happy with this purchase! LOVE the drawers, because it helps keep everything organized. It arrived in perfect condition, on the day I was told it would. Also, it is garage ready which I didn't even realize until I saw the manual. It is not self cleaning but for the fantastic price, I'll deal with that. It does build up a small amount of frost. I use the little scraper that was included to shave that down.

We replaced our smaller capacity chest freezer with this upright. It was difficult to find food and very easy to lose or forget about food in our old chest freezer. We’d have to dig in the old freezer to find food which was counter-productive when in a hurry. This resulted in over buying the same foods. Food would end up freezer burned so we had much waste. This new upright has improved this issue greatly. There is more capacity but some of the capacity is consumed by the drawers and shelves. We could store more food in the old freezer. It’s a good compromise however because there is enough capacity for what we actually need. It’s ample for short term storage. Much easier to find the foods so there should be less waste. We are happy with the purchase. Others mentioned the plastic film on almost all surfaces. Quite annoying to remove but you’ll survive. Overall much improved due to this purchase. Price is GREAT.

This freezer, while not a full size freezer, fits a large amount of food. We have especially liked the drawers for organization. It is currently serving as our garage freezer and has kept things frozen even on the hottest 100+ degrees days here in the South. I would buy this again, it’s been a very nice little freezer for us!

Only have freezer/refrigerator for three weeks now and it is working good so far. only thing was the adjustment feet should have longer threads to get enouh tilt so door seals properly. I had to put spacers under to get the tilt as instructions for set up indicate.Price was reasonable and I would recomend this product.

purchased one on 9/3 and was received damaged so bad the door would not open. Requested a replacement and it was received on 9/13. It was extensively damaged also and I refused shipment and requested a refund of my money. I am still waiting for my refund.

broke 1 year and 3 days to the date of purchase. Purchase the extended warranty on top of the price if you dare(manufacture warranty is 1 year), but i would advise against this product based on my experience. great design and concept. poor execution with less then adequate part quality.

Worst purchase ever! Purchased Aug of 2024 and right out of the box the drawers were flimsy, the shelves white protectors didn’t stay attached, and the fronts snapped off with very gentle use. Fast forward a year and the door seal isn’t reliable. Have had to put a child proof lock on it just to keep the door shut and a portable kitchen cart in front of it. Save yourself the money and just invest in something else. Tried returning but was denied and have been stuck with something that isn’t reliable.

I got 11 days late and worse it had 4 big and bad scratches The shipping method is horrible not one scratch but 3 I did not expect all this, it is very deep scratches
