We received this yesterday delivered by FedEx. Of course it was delayed delivery while it traveled all around the country. Instead of an expected delivery date, why not just "You'll get it when you get it". The box appeared intact, but the fridge door was dinged and dented. Luckily, I'm not a "Ken" and my better half isn't a "Karen", so as long as it works, as it does, we're good with it.

We’ve only had it for a couple of weeks but I’m loving it!!! It was well packaged and has so many possibilities too. It can be used as a fridge or freezer and the drawers are removable so you can use the glass shelves as well. Love it, love it, love it!!!

Purchased in store and when we got it home and unpackaged we saw a huge gash in the side. Took it back and they wouldn't let us open the other ones that had worst boxes. We had to purchase another one and we opened it in the parking lot. Sure enough that one had a smashed in corner and we returned and will look elsewhere.

In 36 hours, the freezer was badly frosted. (See picture.) We thought maybe we had not balanced it well enough so we used a level to balance it, thawed and dried it out and we tried again. This time it was 6 days before we checked again. Every shelf was covered with ice. We just thawed it to return it. I soaked 2 beach towels drying it out. A huge amount of ice in 6 days! Don't buy it!

39 degrees when set to max fridge setting...that should be the temp when on the min setting. Will not cool to the specs listed in the manual. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! ALSO, entire thing is wrapped with a protective film and it takes FOREVER to peel it off.

Great little freezer! Love the fact I could remove drawers and shelves to personalize it the way I want it. I only left the bottom drawer and removed 2 shelves to make it work for our needs. Definitely would recommend this refrigerator/freezer convertible!

It sweat terribly inside. I think the rubber seal was defective on the door.

Was really excited to get this freezer but upon opening, the freezer was damaged!

I am a baker and this is perfect for freezing cake layers! Perfect size!
