Used for a wonderful, quick skillet meal. Also made a great potato soup with the other half. Flavor is very good, smoked flavor is not overpowering!

Wonderful on the grill. Sauteed on stove with some potatoes. Just about anyway you want to fix them. Also over an open fire like hotdogs

Good tasting sausage, my husband's favorite. This has a thick casing which I find too chewy, but the sausage is well seasoned and flavorful.
