I have eaten Eckrich since I was a child. I enjoy this food product. I just don't like the casing on them.

I love these because you can serve them at least four times a package. and the price is reasonable too.

This is our favorite sausage because it adds a special burst of flavor and seasonings to so many meals!

I returned the item because its quality was horrible. The skin was tuff and the meat texture was rubbery.

Used for a wonderful, quick skillet meal. Also made a great potato soup with the other half. Flavor is very good, smoked flavor is not overpowering!

The smoked sausage tastes very good, however the casing is very tough and very hard to chew. Most of the time I toss out the casing.

We enjoy eating Smoked Sausage in a variety ways and for the amount Sam’s sells it for is great. We only ever purchase this product from Sam’s.

We bought these sausages. It was a total of about 3 full links. Had some and froze some for later. Regular flavor, not spicy.
