It took me a month to get the software app to work on my tablet. I had to program the printer with my cell phone.

I really like it so much, but I did not install it , I keep it for back up printer,because of my others printers The 6700 pr. And 8710 pro. So in the future,sure I will install it, thanks.

I never going to buy another HP printer in my entire life. This will break out of nowhere and it is impossible to fix it so you can buy another one. awful, I hope nobody will need a printer in a neat future and this company got broke

I've used HP Printers in my office for years and this printer is by far is an Epic fail. The connectivity issues is going to drive you nuts. I should have listened to the reviews before I purchased this. I gave it the benefit of the doubt given HP Printers hadn't failed me as of yet. I'm not sure what HP was thinking when they released this printer. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty that was offered.

Fed X brought this printer a week ago---It took forever to set it up and load it into the computer.. I could tell that it did NOT LOAD correctly --but it did print- I did not try the scan or fax. A couple days later, I tried the scan and it would not do anything---I called HP customer support and the person worked about 1 1/2 hours and it would scan--Today it said it was not connected and would not do anything--Another hour with customer support-- He said it was not completely loaded in--and worked another hour--This printer is REFURBISHED and not new. I asked the person and he checked and told me this.

Wi-fi signal is awful... it was a great printer when it worked.. the wi-fi signal went out in my first one... replaced it with a second one - and right out of the box... "poor signal quality" - (yet wi-fi works seamlessly in the house with every other device and every other printer in the house works fine) Spent countless hours on the phone with HP support. Also, if you can't stay connected, HP instaink does not work and you pay even if you aren't printing. Save the time, hassle, stress and money and skip this printer.
