DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION! when you cancel the subscription, the printer is useless. you cannot use it with the regular ink cartridge. you HAVE to buy HP ink which is the cost of another printer!!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Product has excellent printing. Needs more set up instructions on where to find codes other than looking up on line. Faxing a problem although allnother wi fi features work.

Barely a year later of household use. Truley 6 mths of use maybe two reams of paper printed and cartridges die and you cannot get new cartridges to be recognize save your money.

Wi-fi signal is awful... it was a great printer when it worked.. the wi-fi signal went out in my first one... replaced it with a second one - and right out of the box... "poor signal quality" - (yet wi-fi works seamlessly in the house with every other device and every other printer in the house works fine) Spent countless hours on the phone with HP support. Also, if you can't stay connected, HP instaink does not work and you pay even if you aren't printing. Save the time, hassle, stress and money and skip this printer.

I've used HP Printers in my office for years and this printer is by far is an Epic fail. The connectivity issues is going to drive you nuts. I should have listened to the reviews before I purchased this. I gave it the benefit of the doubt given HP Printers hadn't failed me as of yet. I'm not sure what HP was thinking when they released this printer. Thank God I purchased the extended warranty that was offered.

perfect for my home office

Total piece of crap. Don't buy this! Have spent literally hours on the phone with HP. Constantly will not print, which is what it was made to do. Will check about a refund.

Returned this printer twice! Once for the scanner not working then the second time the paper kept gettign stuck! Was hoping it would work out the second time but I think it's low quality.
