I have had HP printers in the past and I regret purchasing this model. This is subpar. The paper tray does not extend so it does not hold the paper coming off the printer. Terrible.

This printer comes with new ink cartridges. HP enrolls the buyer in an ink replenishment program and immediately sends replacement cartridges before I have come anywhere near using the original supply.

Purchased: HP OfficeJet Pro 9128e All-in-One Printer, 6 Months Instant Ink with HP for $159. Nice sale w/$110 off. Nice printer, replacing my 8620 Pro. Things to know when performing SetUp. Fairly easy setup if you follow the simple directions provided with the Printer, and/or if you just go to the HP SMART app and go to MENU, Add Printer. Follow the directions and pretty much everything falls into place, EXCEPT that if you have Windows 11, you'll need to manually add your printer AND it will likely do a Firmware Update that will ultimately fail. Don't worry much! The Failed SETUP alert and Failed Firmware install will resolve itself when you reboot your computer, which will also reboot your printer. When you're back online, you should have no error messages. One other ANNOYING note: If you ordered from Sam's for the 6 month free-ink and low monthly payment, be prepared to see ONLY a 100page and higher option. I wanted the 50 page option, which does NOT appear. Not to worry though, because you can go with a higher plan and change it to what you really need, via their website. 4 stars instead of 5 for these inconvenient issues, otherwise it would have been a perfect experience. Easy setup, packaged nicely. The unit squills and makes rubbing noises when it is requested to print.

Was easy to load. Perfect for the home office. Would recommend to anyone looking for a printer capable of everything you need at home.

You can't beat the price but it doesn't touch my old 8710 that this printer replaced.

Works well, as expected! I definitely suggest the product.

It took me a month to get the software app to work on my tablet. I had to program the printer with my cell phone.
