What I like about it is it will print double-sided documents without my having to get up and turn the paper. What I don't like is that it is slow to react, whether scanning or printing. Why I wouldn't give it more than 3 stars is that it was really hard to install because it came with outdated software and I needed HP help to make it work. That should not be! If HP is still selling an electronic product, it should come with a notice that it will require updating before it will work.

I struggled to get the printer set up and keep it set up. I don't like that you cannot have it set up with both ether-net and wireless. I don't like that there was very little information in the package about how to set it up. That shows how cheap HP is getting.

I've had mostly good experience with HP printers however the earlier models (10 years back) were more solidly built and didn't use as much plastic. My previous HP 8025 and this current 9125e, the paper trays are very flimsy in my opinion... if not careful when pulling them to load paper, you could break the end of the tray which I did on my previous 8025 model. I also don't like the fact that there isn't a paper adjusting slider inside the tray in the front of both these models, only for the sides of the paper (not a plus). The biggest complaint about this 9125e model is how LOUD it is each time it's sits idle and when you're ready to print something... it goes thru it's automatic cartridge adjustment internally and is makes a very loud banging sound like there's something ready to go inside! Would be nice to have a "quiet" printer... this model by far is the loudest I've had but everything runs as it should, color quality is reasonable, digital display is a nice, visible size. I did refer to YouTube for help setting up this printer to my WiFi... found a good tutorial that was much easier to follow than the info from HP's website.

I have tried two days in a row, working with HP technicians to get landline fax software installed on my computer, with no success. The HP technicians have taken up a considerable amount of my time. The second day the HP technician abandoned me and I have not heard from them since.

This printer is incredibly fast & has virtually no defects. My previous HP Smart Tank 7602 was slow, had fewer functions and almost a 23% defect rate. I wouldn't recommend that printer to anyone except a very casual user. If you want a printer that meets the needs of someone in business or community service, I'd highly recommend this one.

I purchased this all-in-one HP Deskjet printer to replace a 10 year old unit that finally died. I love the new printer. It's faster and holds more paper stock than my older unit. And another unexpected bonus - it has a smaller footprint, so it fits on the small table better than the older printer too. Print speed it great in both color and B&W. Since ink is free for 6 months (up to 700 pages each month), I'm printing lots of photographs which look great on inkjet photo paper. My only complaint is that the "Scan to Email" and "Scan to Computer" functions on the front control panel don't work with Apple devices. Since I have an iMac, I have to open an HP utility on the computer and request a scan when needed. Not a huge issue, but a definite annoyance. I would recommend the printer for anyone who wants speed, quality and a great price.

This printer has great color and easy printing, setup was easy even though we don't run a windows network. Overall very happy with our purchase and replacement of our HP Laser printer

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION! when you cancel the subscription, the printer is useless. you cannot use it with the regular ink cartridge. you HAVE to buy HP ink which is the cost of another printer!!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Barely a year later of household use. Truley 6 mths of use maybe two reams of paper printed and cartridges die and you cannot get new cartridges to be recognize save your money.

Had to replace my old HP copier because it could not keep up with the new OSs. The new one seems to do a little more than the old 5200 copier, and does it faster.
