Instruction for troubleshooting are outdated . i cant print anything!!!!!!!

Excellent and Easy Setup.

Our new printer will only work if we shut it off, then turn it on every time we need to print: highly frustrating!

The hp pro 9128e printer is very nice. It was a little difficult to download everything to set it up .

Good printer and scanner

Returned this printer twice! Once for the scanner not working then the second time the paper kept gettign stuck! Was hoping it would work out the second time but I think it's low quality.

Total piece of crap. Don't buy this! Have spent literally hours on the phone with HP. Constantly will not print, which is what it was made to do. Will check about a refund.

Strange Philippine HP company. Nowadays, the officers do not understand even what means Legal Size of scanning bed. They will push you to buy something what you do not want. They are incapable to produce legal size scanning bed OfficeJet anymore. But they are good in checking my opinion!

This is an absolute piece of garbage. Not even 3 weeks old, and none of my devices will connect to it. The Allstate Protection Plan is Garbage, and they won't help me. HP isn't open after hours for support. Stay far, far away from. Trying to return for a full refund. I refuse to restart the printer every day.

A little bit too technical for me. Wanted something I can just hook up stand alone direct to my computer but have to use internet to get set up and use instant ink. Some scans came out a little off square even with paper guides tight. Overall pleased with product Time will tell. My last printer was an HP but only lasted about 5 years printing about 100 pages per month. Hopefully this one will last longer
