So far it has been ok

Fed X brought this printer a week ago---It took forever to set it up and load it into the computer.. I could tell that it did NOT LOAD correctly --but it did print- I did not try the scan or fax. A couple days later, I tried the scan and it would not do anything---I called HP customer support and the person worked about 1 1/2 hours and it would scan--Today it said it was not connected and would not do anything--Another hour with customer support-- He said it was not completely loaded in--and worked another hour--This printer is REFURBISHED and not new. I asked the person and he checked and told me this.

While setting it up for the first time, it kept saying on the screen the "ink cartridges are missing or damaged." I do NOT recommend this product.

Tge speed of printing is great. Color is good. But it is very nosiey. My old HP was very quiet.
