We’re very happy with the new air conditioner; it’s amazingly quiet and cools our bedroom quickly. We’re still learning how to use some of it’s features and think the instruction manual that comes with the unit could be a little clearer.

Does not connect well with its own app nor Alexa.

Garbage I had a Kenmore 12,000BTU I garbage picked ~8 years ago and could keep my space cool ~68° when it was 90° ouside.This on wont go lower then 75° when it's 75°outside. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Bought the 10,000 unit for my bedroom and decided to try this one for the living room and kitchen areas that are open to each other. I love this one so much I ordered another one to replace the 10,000 unit because it is SO much quieter.

Purchased my new Midea A/C from Sam's club and it's been a couple months ago. Am very pleased with it. Love the remote control and it's ease of use. Haven't tried the wifi yet. Would recomend this brand A/C.

AC unit works great! Our central air went out and we need an inexpensive fix until we can afford repairs on our main unit. This unit cools the main part of our house which is over 750 square feet and 9 foot ceilings.

Easy to install. Got it in the window and it cooled my mom's duplex in no time flat. She is so thrilled with this air conditioner, she got one for the upstairs flat too and the tenant loves it. They both feel it's efficient and easy to use.

Works great in the Florida heat and it's quiet. I like that it has an option for the fan to stay on all the time even when the room has reached the desired temperature. You can also set it to the fan goes off.
