Very quiet energy efficient keeps the house cool in tandem with my other window shaking unit

AC is incredible! It's so quiet you won't think it's on except it is blowing cold air. Enough said: quiet and keeps room cool

AC unit works great! Our central air went out and we need an inexpensive fix until we can afford repairs on our main unit. This unit cools the main part of our house which is over 750 square feet and 9 foot ceilings.

Poor website description, not the model I wanted and still trying to return it more than 2 weeks after purchase, S as Ms Club customer service is the worst!

We bought this during a 100+ degree heatwave after another unit died. It is so quiet that when I turn the LED lights off to sleep, my husband asks if it's on. Seriously, it's insanely quiet and puts out VERY cold air. The reason I gave it four stars and not five is that the fan isn't very strong. The cold air doesn't get pushed as far out into the room as older units were able to. But I guess if the fan was stronger it would ruin the whisper quiet wonder of this unit. All in all we are very please and just hope it lasts longer than our last couple of units from other brands that died after 2-3 seasons.

So far this has been a great addition to my husband’s shop. Keeps it very cool.

First I mistook one of the pictures for a u-shape window unit. once I realized my mistake and because of the great price I decided to keep this unit. It is a nice unit. it was an easy install. it is louder than a u-shape Midea I have in the bedroom, which it to be expected. still not as loud as some window units I have seen and heard. I like the different controls on this unit such as energy saver, sleep timer, wave setting, remote control. Really it's a nice unit and the price was great. The problem is me. It's not the unit I wanted, but for a mistake it turns out that the outcome could have been worse.
