Works perfectly. I live in a 1400 square foot house, built in 1900, with original windows. 2 of these units is keeping the house cool during 90⁰ Midwest summer days. We'll be using them instead of the large unit outside the house even after the new windows get put in.

It is efficient and highly effective at cooling a 700 square foot space in my home.
