The Midea 12,000 btu replaced my 9000 btu ac. The 12,000 btu ac kept my 18 x 25 living room and 12x14 bedroom no warmer than 73 F. Fantastic. Love it

Great air conditioner. Now all of my air conditioners are being recalled. They smell like a skunk.Terrible customer service.

This is an excellent air conditioner. It is quiet, temperature based, attractive and energy effective. I have had a number of air conditioners over the years and this one is likely the best I’ve ever own.

I bought this AC back in 2020. Work awesome now its got recalled due to mold issues. Are the ones in Sams club the u shape getting recalled or is this a newer version with the drain plug.

It can not cool my 325 sq ft (master bedroom + bathroom) when the outside temp is above 86 degrees. The air coming out is not cold enough. Customer Service people are rude and incompetent. They offer no solution .

Garbage I had a Kenmore 12,000BTU I garbage picked ~8 years ago and could keep my space cool ~68° when it was 90° ouside.This on wont go lower then 75° when it's 75°outside. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Bought the 10,000 unit for my bedroom and decided to try this one for the living room and kitchen areas that are open to each other. I love this one so much I ordered another one to replace the 10,000 unit because it is SO much quieter.
