Great unit! Whisper quiet when running. Love the Smart app and remote options. Definitely a 2 person install job.

I’m very happy with this unit. Great value at a reasonable cost. The thing I like about it the most is that the vents shut off when the unit is off.

Easy to setup, very quiet, and it keeps our bedroom nice and cool to sleep at night. Eco mode works well at saving energy while still maintaining the room at the proper temperature.

Love this model , it’s super quiet and very efficient, the compressor doesn’t stay running all the time in cooling mode, this model has a mode where it works like a heat pump , it some way stores the heat and cools your home , very nice !!!

This air conditioner has not been as good as our old Madea. Wondering if they made some changes or there something different. But it doesn’t seem to work as well.

AC is cooling as expected, but it is noisier than I had hoped, unfortunately. Also the remote does not work. I am fine turning the AC on and off manually, but it would have been better, obviously if the remote would work also as expected.

I am very pleased with this air conditioner. It is very quiet and keeps an area of approximately 500 sq ft (with a vaulted ceiling) at a constant temperature with outside temperatures in the 90s and high humidity.

Full disclosure, I’ve only had this AC unit for a few days, but it has been amazing. Very easy to install, (you may have to make some adjustment to where you place the screws depending on the type of window you have). I have a 310sq ft living room, open to the kitchen and hallway, and it has made it ice cold. My central air unit broke, so we were all huddled in this room for a day or two during 98 degree outside temps, and were very comfortable, while the rest of the house was 90 degrees. We finally got the central AC unit to run relatively ok, but not great, and the combo of the two have kept the entire 1500sq ft house really cool. The living room and nearby areas are an ice box. I would definitely recommend this for one decent size room, or to assist your old, barely working central AC unit for the whole house. I definitely don’t have to push the central air to the limit while running this simultaneously.

Broke after 3 months. Warranty is useless. No dealers in U.S. You have to ship it and be without AC until it gets back. I liked the unit, but what good is it if it breaks.

LOVE THIS AC UNIT! It's very quiet, and works very well. I love all the features it has. The app works flawlessly, easy to clean, and cools off my kitchen, living room, and hallway
