My old window unit went out (different brand). I have a different model in another room, and have been pleased with its performance. I figured I'd give this model a try. It works great. The best part is that it is super quiet. I don't have to blast the tv to hear it. Even when you walk by it outside, it's quiet. I'm buying another one to replace an older different brand that's on its last leg. I highly recommend.

I bought this unit in April and it stop working in June I need to speak with someone about replacing

So far so good. Had it about a month now,. Unit is very light, which made installation very easy. Cools Great, set it to 68 degrees and even my wife who is always warm is comfortable. It is also very quite. I'd recommend this product.

We are amazed at this ac! I wish we had bought two while they were on sale. I don't know what the inverter means, but I'll definitely get this kind again.

Amazing ac unit , I needed one for my trailer and I was hesitant at first , but once installed and running for a full day just super and very powerful, very quiet and I love the different setting. Best ac I owned.

Works better then expected. From start to finish including setting up Google and Alexa was about 25 min. Did not read the instructions I may add, its that easy. I plan on buying 2 more for other rooms.
