Estrogen help lessen hot flashes. The box says caplets on the back but they are small coated tablets, easy to swallow. You should ask your dr. First. Takes awhile to work but give it time, they do work.

I just started taking it but I have already seen a slight change in the hot flashes I still get them just seems to gradually be getting to a point where I can handle them also since the first day I began taking these I have slept so good !!!!
