So this review is from a husband trying to help out his wife. Anyhoo my wife has been going thru the change for the last year or so. Expensive. Wait for the bargain if you can. Using this for a year to combat muffin top and hot flushes. Effective for both. I think it makes my hair fall out though so I use Viviscal and Minoxidil to counteract this

It does take around one month to start feeling the benefits, but its worth it! I still get hotflashes, but they aren't as severe nor last very long. Night sweats have been minimized as well. If you are looking for a non-hormone option, I would recommend this product.
