This decreased the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. It starts working really fast and within the first dose. My only side effect was that it made me drowsy the first time I took it, other than that it does works as it should.

This supplement has been very helpful to me while experiencing in menopause symptoms. I’m not sure which part of menopause Im in because I had a hysterectomy years ago. So this review is from a husband trying to help out his wife. Anyhoo my wife has been going thru the change for the last year or so. It helps with so many of the menopausal changes. Mood, energy, and wieght gain. I know when I'm not talking it my moods are all over the placd and I'm constatly exhausted. My only complaint is the bubble packing. All the pills are in these stupid bubble pack sheets. EVERY other supplement I take is a bottle, just like vitamins.
