After three months of continuous taking it . My hot flashes came back aggressively and gained a lot of weight in the abdomen area that wasn’t there before using it!! It didn’t help with any of the symptoms it claims to help may be the sleep deprivation a little. I wouldn’t recommend it’s waste of money

I’ve been using this since 2020 and have had so much relief from hot flashes and multiple other symptoms consistent with menopause. Weight gain has not been a symptom that has changed at all. I haven’t gotten that under control. But the other symptoms are basically gone. If I run out I have multiple hot flashes a day! Thankful for it!

Helps me power through 3 pm and on—for the 2nd shift of my life. It also helps diminish hot flashes. I take it daily at 3pm.

Great product. I've been using Estroven for two years now, and I notice less hot flashes and moodiness than before. I think every menopausal woman should take Estroven.

So far so good. Helping to control those horrid night sweats and hot flashes. Appetite and concentration as well. I’m finding I have more of a balanced day when I get them in.

These are the best for hot flashes, especially during the night. My husband sweats bad at night and told him to try the estroven and it worked for him. Has not gotten rid if them completely, however, he does not sweat as much at night.
