I have been on this for 23 days and had ZERO improvement. I’m hoping after the 28 days of use, I’ll see an improvement. I have HOT flashes 24/7 and they’re terrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not work for me. It did not help with my hot flashes. If anything, it seemed like my hot flashes increased. It was supposed to help also with lack of energy, but it didn't.

I took Estroven in my forties. It helped with my moods, energy and brain function. I don't know why I stopped. Now I'm 65 and have started on Estroven Complete. I am happier and my hot flashes are a lot less.

I'm crushed that after 6 weeks I have had no relief from the hot flashes/night sweats. I was so hopeful after reading other reviews, but I guess it's time to throw in the towel and try a different supplement.
