Just tried this for 28 days, going to try it again wasn't too impressed.was excepting to sleep better, night sweats wasn't decreased. I get really embarrassed with my occasional fatigue. But I'm going to give it a second try.

I’ve been using estrogen for over a year now and the very first day I tried it I could really feel how it helped my hot flashes. I would definitely recommend this product if your suffering from menopause symptoms.

I’m on my 6th day I have the gold box the complete so far I have been sleeping thru the night , thank god , hot flashes I’m still getting , I’m take the whole box which is 60 caplets I should be a new women by then :)

It definitely improved on the mood swings and hot flashes. The only thing I didn’t like is it gave me severe cramps like when it would be the worst time of the month. I have not had that kind of cramping in 30 years!
