I have been using the gold box Estroven for 6 months. My gf recommended and my hot flashes were getting so bad (I didn’t want to take medicine). MY HOT FLASHES ARE GONE!!! I used to have to sometimes change my clothes I would get soaked. Always in the morning trying to get to work. They are just gone. I want to cry. I got my life back. I sleep through the night. I noticed some relief from the hot sweats, which was nice, but nothing else. IAM still taking the pills in hopes it will do more. Any little bit helps.

Horrible side effects Beware!!! Took this for Menopause Hot Flashes… I have been on this product for 2 weeks. I know, it says that hot flashes will stop after a month, so stick to it, BUT I then began to have knife sharp cramping and bloating like a period. I started having extremely dark and cloudy urine and on top of that anxious thoughts and moodiness, like I was on my period!!! I couldn’t understand it, I actually just thought I was getting sick, there are side effects of Black Cohosh. Look it up! No thank you!

I noticed that I did not any night sweats or hot flashes which is wonderful. It may not be a complete fix for every problem you may have but I did notice a difference and relief is good.

Wow! Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. Ladies, this product is definitely worth a review. For a couple of years my hot flashes have been coming in spurts. After a month of them and then I’d catch a break for a few months allowing me to get some much needed rest. Almost 4 months ago they started up again and wouldn’t let up. I was having 15-20 a day, minimum. I was keeping track of how many weeks it had been since I actually got enough uninterrupted sleep. 9 weeks had passed and it was taking toll on my mental and physical health. 6 days ago I started taking the multi symptom Estroven, and 2 days in my hot flashes were less extreme and not occurring as often. I got my first full night’s sleep the night before last, and man, did my body need that. I highly recommend trying this product. I had SEVERE hot flashes and night sweats to the point I was always drenched in sweat, sweat on my cheeks, running down my neck, arms sticking to the table, backs of knees wet. Easily 30 times per day. Waking up wet and then freezing multiple times per night. Within 2 weeks of starting the Estroven Complete, my night sweats were 90% improved. By day 28, hot flashes and night sweats were entirely gone!! I cannot believe this works this well. I'm amazed and sooo happy I tried this.

Estroven has helped to stabilize these darn hot flashes, and I've seen no side effects form using the product. It also helps my aching muscles after just a few doses. When I first found out about Estroven I was kind skeptical about it. I was so tired of not being able to sleep and night sweats.
