I usually get the sleep version but it is difficult to find so I bought this. After 3 days my hot flashes are 10 times worse, waking up in the middle of the night sweating and my mood is crap.

Estrogen help lessen hot flashes. The box says caplets on the back but they are small coated tablets, easy to swallow. You should ask your dr. First. Takes awhile to work but give it time, they do work.

This product has helped me with joint and muscular comfort, occasional bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, sleeplessness, night sweats and has nearly eliminated hot flashes. Would recommend to anyone and wish I would have known about it sooner.
