I bought Estroven a month ago and used every day until the book was empty. I feel no relief. I wanted to give it a full month, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.

Estroven has made everything so much better! Hot flashes are barely there anymore. I’m sleeping better, and I don’t wake up to a sweaty face and chest anymore. The odd hot flashes that I get are mild. Also, they are affordable.

Been taking this for a week and developed a rash on the side of my face, neck and hand. Was hoarse in the morning and constantly clearing my throat.

After taking Estroven Complete for about a week or two I did not have anymore hot flashes. I am able to sleep comfortably at night. I feel better all around. I would recommend to any woman in perimenopause or menopause.
