Estroven has helped to stabilize these darn hot flashes, and I've seen no side effects form using the product. It also helps my aching muscles after just a few doses. With regular use, this little tiny pill has really made a difference!

I had SEVERE hot flashes and night sweats to the point I was always drenched in sweat, sweat on my cheeks, running down my neck, arms sticking to the table, backs of knees wet. Easily 30 times per day. Waking up wet and then freezing multiple times per night. Within 2 weeks of starting the Estroven Complete, my night sweats were 90% improved. By day 28, hot flashes and night sweats were entirely gone!! I cannot believe this works this well. I'm amazed and sooo happy I tried this.

All of these symptoms lead to me being exhausted physically and mentally. I have been looking for a product like Estroven that is plant-based, hormone, drug, and caffeine-free. After taking Estroven for a few weeks, I have noticed a decrease in hot flashes and night sweats and I have been able to sleep much better. My overall energy levels have started to improve as well. I noticed some relief from the hot sweats, which was nice, but nothing else. IAM still taking the pills in hopes it will do more. Any little bit helps.

I noticed that I did not any night sweats or hot flashes which is wonderful. It may not be a complete fix for every problem you may have but I did notice a difference and relief is good.
