I suffer with hot flashes, moodiness, irritability, and, sleeplessness. I first noticed a relief from night sweats on the 4th night. I am experiencing a much calmer disposition due to the fact I am sleeping much more restfully. I have noticed a change in dryness and am hoping to find more and continued benefits with prolonged use. I like that the days are printed on the blister pack. Perfect for menopausal forgetfulness! I wished it came in a larger count bottle, but I will be buying more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used other Estroven products in the past and have been so pleased that I consider myself an unofficial evangelist for the brand! I was intrigued by the Estroven Complete product and was happy to give it a try. I knew that it would take a few weeks of regular use to enjoy any marked results. I’m pleased to report that this product has helped immensely to keep my mood stable, alleviate the majority of hot flashes, and greatly reduce night sweats. I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try for a few months. If after that time you feel you would describe your symptoms as “mild”, definitely consider the experiment a success and keep it up! It’s only when you stop, thinking you don’t really need the product, that you perhaps appreciate all the good work that this product does! But don’t put yourself through that! Just take it- and consider it a necessary preventative component in your perimenopausal journey.

All of the sudden I started having hot flashes during the day and at night, so severe I would have to change my clothes and undergarments- it was absolutely awful and that was during the day at night I was sweating soo much my shirt would be wet I would need to change my shirt in the middle of the night. I was looking for something natural to help and I did not believe this really worked like peoples reviews said- IT IS TRUE THIS WORKS to relieve your hot flashes . It did take about a month which seemed a long time dealing with being hot and sweaty 10 times a day to see if this works but it did. I may feel a little little sense of being hot just enough as if you would take off your coat, not change your entire outfit! Thank Goodness for this product.

I've been taking Estroven Complete for about a month and a half and I have nothing but great things to say about it! It took approximately 3 weeks to experience any changes in symptoms, but since then, it's only gotten better. Literally no more hot flashes, not even in the middle of the night and I'm sleeping through the night. The list of benefits goes on.

Finally! Something that relieves all my symptoms of menopause. I have been taking the Estroven in the purple box and that was good for awhile, but this one is so muxh better. I am happy that it doesn't have hormones also. Thank you to whoever listened and created this one.

I have tried different herbal things etc., and after a lot of money and misery, I stilll had the original issues. This seemed calming, it reduced my night time sweats and the daytime flashes.

I have found it relieves to some extent the hot flashes( but I don’t think any thing can expect for God, I hate those the. Worst) I did seem to sleep better and was not as hungry. So overall the product is recommended by me. Really does help!
