I thought this was supposed to help. After a week and a half of taking this I started my period and hadn't had one in a year and a half. I also have gained about 7 lbs. It did seem to help with the hot flashes but I am not willing to have my period and gain weight just for a little relief.

I experienced much more energy and could focus better as well. I was pleasantly surprised at how much better I felt after just one month.

Since I have night sweats I wanted to take the product at night to help stop the night sweats. (I also have hot flashes during the day but at night it is problematic and interferes with my sleep). On the blister packs there are days of the week to keep you on track with daily dosages. I found this to be helpful in case you forget to take one. There was no smell or after-taste when taking the supplement. The package indicates that you will see results within 28 days. I did not have any night sweats while taking this product nor did I have hot flashes during the day. I felt normal as if I was not even in perimenopause. I was able to sleep at night without waking up from being too hot or just being anxious from stress. I liked the product but would need to take it for another month or so to see if there are more benefits of the supplement.

It's been 3 weeks since I started taking Estroven. I'm 55 and started hot flashes about 6 months ago. My wrist was hurting from actually fanning myself! I was having about 10 during the day and 10 hot flashes during the night. It was impossible to sleep through them. Since I've been taking Estroven I've completely stopped the sweats that would bead up on my face. I now just get a little warm a couple times a day. I can sleep through the night without getting sweaty. The past 2 nights I haven't woke at all. Yay! GREAT PRODUCT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have heard rave reviews for this product but unfortunately it gave me a migraine everytime i took it so I had to go off of it. I would have to loved to stay on it for the health benefits it offers but was unable to.

My mom suggested I try this when I started experiencing perimenopausal (undiagnosed) hot flashes at night that were really uncomfortable and upsetting. I didn't think rhubarb root would make a difference (let's be honest: it sounds silly), but...you know, I gave it a shot because why not? And I wouldn't have thought to leave a review except that it DID work, and it HAS BEEN working. I take it every day now, and instead of hot flashes every other night it's probably once a month. The stack of towels and clean jam jams by my bed is gone. I can cuddle at night again. If you are like me, and a little skeptical, I suggest trying it. It may not work for you. But for my girlies who are skeptics, it's at least worth a try. I am just a random nobody 38 year-old whose mother randomly let her take her Estroven on a random brief trip as a random free, trial and now Estroven is an intention and regimen. I take it every day and my life and comfort have improved. I have no incentive to promote this product. As a skeptic, I'm as surprised as anyone else. But I keep taking it and it keeps working.

I have been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats for about the past two years. Recently they have been getting worse. My friend told me about estroven so I thought I would try it. After 2 weeks most of my issues have been completely resolved. My hot flashes are almost gone, I have had no more night sweats, my mood swings have improved tremendously, the tenderness in my breast is gone and even my frequent headaches are history as well!

I started taking Estroven Complete January 20. My hot flashes and night sweats were very annoying. The fact that this product was vegan and drug free was worth a try for me. It did take it for about 3 weeks for it to really start working but it sure does work right now! My night sweats and hot flashes are almost completely gone and I am sleeping longer periods of time! My mood seems to have improved as well. I am still having a little trouble with the few pound I have gained during menopause but I will continue to take this! :)
