I’ve been to 3 doctors about being extremely hot and perspiring when I’m sleeping even when the AC is on. After having labs done by all three providers and getting lab results back only to be told be each provider your Not menopausal. My ob/gyn suggested I try this product. I like how the package is marked with the days as a reminder of taking it. There wasn't any aftertaste as you get with some supplements. I would definitely recommend this for anyone age 50+.
