I started having severe hot flashes about 6 weeks ago. They were hitting me at least every hour to 2 hours, lasting about 1 minute long and I would literally break out in a sweat, with beads of perspiration running down my cheeks arms and neck. Sleeping was just as bad. I was miserable. I started taking this about 3 weeks ago and I’m already noticing a big difference. I’m only having a few hot flashes during the day and they usually are pretty mild - just feel overheated, no sweat. I will still get a few bad ones in the evening, but that’s even getting better. I would definitely recommend this product to others. I feel my mood is better and I have more energy as well. Can’t attest to other features, as I had some minor surgery a few weeks ago, and am on restrictions for 6 - 8 weeks.

I had hoped for better results but since it did help me a little bit I went ahead and purchased it to continue using it. I know that most often a product has to be used, and in a person's system, for 3-6 months first to see the full benefits so I am hoping it will help alleviate my night sweats even more once it has been used for at least 3 months.I think this product is worth using and other women may get better results in 30 days than I did as our systems are all different.
