I start take Estroven complete for a month now and it cut the night flashes more then half which I"m happy with right now. My energy lever is back to normal for me. They are easy to take one pill a day. I wish they came in a 30 days not 28 days supply.

When I started getting hot flashes and irritability I decided to look for a supplement and found the Estroven Max Strength + Energy and it was great, within a week the hot flashes were reduced and my mood improved, but I did gain weight. When I went stock up again I found this new Complete product, so i tried it. The hot flashes are back and terrible mood swings. I will go back to Max Strength + Energy which is deserving of 5*

I still had hot flashes, maybe not as often but still had them. I don't sleep well and I didn't notice a difference. My libido did not change either. It might work for some but did not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vitamin really helped relieve the awful hot hot flashes which was seriously great but the vitamin seriously increased my irritability which made me feel crazy so I had to stop taking the vitamin..

I've only used this for a week. I will post again as I go along. So far it seems my hot flashes, the quantity, has reduced. I was having a dozen or more flashes throughout the day and night. The night time ones completely disrupted my sleep. So right now I've maybe cut the number of flashes in half. Unfortunately the ones I still have are very intense. I'm still getting the ones at night. I do not have any other issues...no depression, no weight issues, no irritability .. only hot flashes....but really, isn't that enough?? I will post again a few weeks in and maybe my rating will improve.

I found that it really helped with my night sweats, lack of energy, stress levels, mental exhaustion and joint/muscle comfort. It was pretty good at reducing my hot flashes and helping me get a restful nights sleep. The product provided me with many benefits that I didn't really expect it would. I will be buying this product now. I recommend as a notraul way to help relieve menopausal symptoms.
