[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This may work for some women but it didn't give me any relief after taking Estroven Complete for about a month. I've noticed no change to any symptoms associated to menopause and really can't tell if it is doing anything at all.

I had an immediate type relief from my hot flashes.I was also less irritable and I found myself getting some uninterrupted sleep for a change. i also told my mother and some other women in my family about it. I showed the box to some coworkers and a few of them have tried as well. To be honest, it made them worse . I quit taking it and the hot flashes lessened. I had a total hysterectomy in March and it may work differently for someone who hasn’t had their ovaries removed. I am sure this works but unfortunately, not for me .

I would normally discount a review Iike this one but please read. I had at least 10 hot flashes a day and 3 or so at night. I was so miserable that I was just a bear to be around. Embarrassed to go out because I would be sweating so much. Dr recommend this and I took it. She said it may take a month which made me sad...but I stuck with it. At about the 27th day...all of the sudden the hot flashes stopped. All together. Haven’t had even one since . I can’t believe an over the counter drug worked this well, but it did. Try it.

I think it works, but my arms and legs ITCH!!!! I mean skin crawling, burning itch in my arms but mostly my legs. I took it for a week before realizing what the problem is. The burning itch built gradually and I have never had a reaction to anything before. The itching stopped drastically immediately post 24hrs and completely a few hours more later.
