[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that the Estroven line is perfect for women that are not only menopausal, but pre and post menopausal as well. I also liked the pill packets, it is easy for me to know if I took one or not. The pills are easy to swallow. Most of all, I like the product claims. You do need to try these for a month or more to really notice any changes, so be patient.

I was taking another one of the Estroven products with fair results but once I tried this one, things got better. I was maybe at 50% managing my symptoms but with this I'd say I got to 80%. Love the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its been about a month and my night sweats are starting dwindling down. I don't wake up constantly at night with my pajamas and covers stuck to me which would interrupt my sleep pattern. Would definately recommend.

I love this product! My doctor recommended to me because intimacy was getting very painful and the day and night sweats were horrible. I am a breast cancer survivor and not able to take anything with hormones. I didn't know I was having sleep issues either until I slept so good I didn't hear my 3 alarms. LOL.. It has helped the dryness and sweats. Now if it only helped with weight it would be fantastic!!

I am not getting hot flashes , I am in a better mood daily now, I don't feel tired or sluggish and I'm sleeping a lot better too. It took 2 weeks for all the symptoms to go away but it's so worth it. I noticed a change in my mood in the first week though so this is a staple in my life now.

I felt alot more calm and could actually sleep a little better and didn't notice as many hot flashes as I had before trying. I don't know if it was typical but it took over a week of taking to really notice a difference, but it was noticeable enough to get my attention that it was working. If my symptoms get worse I can see myself continuing to take this product in the future.

As soon as my month's supply was done I went to my local drug store to buy more and couldn't find the same product. I ended up buying a different version of Estroven and have NOT had the same results. Will definitely need to find this one again.
