Unfortunately it didn't really help with any of the menopause symptoms listed. I was hoping it would lessen hot flashes and night sweats, but they are as frequent as ever, disappointed

I slept better and seemed to be a little less moody. I intend to continue taking this product in order to experience more of the benefits.

I have been experiencing hot flashes and night sweats for about the past two years. Recently they have been getting worse. My friend told me about estroven so I thought I would try it. It’s been 13 days and my hot flashes are over 80% gone. My night sweats are not as severe. I’m completely sold on this product. I feel almost like a normal person again. Thanks

I had a partial hysterectomy over 10 years ago and had some hormonal issues thereafter but now the struggle is real! Perimenopause is life altering to say the least. Unfortunately, this product from Estroven didn't qork for me. I have no doubts to the quality of the product because my bff swears by Estroven! Give it a try!

I was SO hoping this was going to work for me and it started to feel like it was going to except my stomach started getting really upset and bloated. I read the reviews and found out that rhubarb is not good for people with digestive issues. :( unfortunately, I’m going to have to stop taking it. If you ever make a product without rhubarb, I would definitely be interested.

I have been taking the Estroven Menopause Relief + Mood formula for some time now, and I did not notice any increase or decrease in symptoms taking the Complete Relief formula, so I have no issues one way or the other in that regard. The only complaint I have--resulting in the loss of one star--is the packaging. For no apparent reason, this product is over-packaged. The box is taller than necessary, and there is a lot of wasted space on the cards holding the pills. Also, the older format has 30 caplets and this only has 28, so this is a little more expensive. The only recommendations I have are to go back to the previous packaging which looks better and uses less paper, foil, and plastic and return to the 30-count package.

I took it for one month, I would purchase the product in the future. It is a product you would need to take daily. I have tried other products of this brand. They all are pretty good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that my hot flashes were cut in half when taking Estroven. This is a relief since I was getting about 20 bouts during the day and night. The one drawback was that the hot flashes were still severe as before the new Estroven product. I am still waking up during the night at least twice (better than before) with soaking pajamas.
