[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new smaller size tablet and the day-of-the week blister pack. Estrogen has really helped with my symptoms. I can tell when I do not take it. It has made a world of difference. I like that it is a natural solution.

first time I have ever written a review for a product...started about 4 months ago-immediate improvement with hot flashes...still had them but considerably less intense. about two weeks ago-they stopped...they stopped!! I occasionally get that feeling of uneasiness that would precede a flash and then-nothing happens-no sweating whatsever. Sleeping thru the night for the first time since January...I had been getting 1-3 hrs of sleep each night-in 30 minute increments-constantly woken up with flashes-done-slept 5 straight hours last night. I feel sooooo much better-recommend this to everyone I know!
