I have been taking Estroven Complete for a month now and let me tell you, I feel fantastic! I have depression issue and Peri-menopause really took a toll on that. Along with all of the other normal symptoms, I was in a bad way. My hormones were really messed up. I also liked the pill packets, it is easy for me to know if I took one or not. The pills are easy to swallow. Most of all, I like the product claims. I start take Estroven complete for a month now and it cut the night flashes more then half which I"m happy with right now. My energy lever is back to normal for me. They are easy to take one pill a day. I wish they came in a 30 days not 28 days supply.
