I have been taking Estroven Complete for a month now and let me tell you, I feel fantastic! I have depression issue and Peri-menopause really took a toll on that. Along with all of the other normal symptoms, I was in a bad way. My hormones were really messed up. I was recommended this product by my women's health doctor who.....( drum roll) happens to be a man. I'm so stoked that this product works. I wanted to hold off on my review until after I have been a week into it. I used to think I was the mother of dragons. That's how I hot I would get. Now matter what I did or did not do, I felt like the Heat Mizer song was my anthem. At night, I could be my own furnace and while everyone else would say wow it got chilly, here's me like, really? I lived in Death Valley last night. Not the one on earth the one in Hell. That's how hot I would get. Not anymore. Now? It's good bye hot flashes, it finally feels like this is what my body was missing. I don't get hot during the day. ( visualize daisies and Disney cartoon animals). At night? As soon as my month's supply was done I went to my local drug store to buy more and couldn't find the same product. I ended up buying a different version of Estroven and have NOT had the same results. Will definitely need to find this one again.

I started having severe hot flashes about 6 weeks ago. They were hitting me at least every hour to 2 hours, lasting about 1 minute long and I would literally break out in a sweat, with beads of perspiration running down my cheeks arms and neck. Sleeping was just as bad. I was miserable. I started taking this about 3 weeks ago and I’m already noticing a big difference. I’m only having a few hot flashes during the day and they usually are pretty mild - just feel overheated, no sweat. I will still get a few bad ones in the evening, but that’s even getting better. I would definitely recommend this product to others. I feel my mood is better and I have more energy as well. Can’t attest to other features, as I had some minor surgery a few weeks ago, and am on restrictions for 6 - 8 weeks.
