I wasn't having hot flashes but I was having huge temperature swings from freezing to burning up to freezing again and this stopped when I started taking Estroven. I sleep better and seem to have more energy and better concentration.

I received the sample and took everyday as directed and after the 28-day supply was finished I unfortunately experienced no noticeable change in my menopause symptoms. I'll keep searching!

Been using Estroven complete multi-system for 3 weeks & my night sweats are gone, I’m sleeping through the night & only have an occasional hot flash. I highly recommend this product. I have tried so many different supplements & this is the only one that worked. So happy I decided to try this.

I especially noticed that I slept better--and cooler--than I have in a long time. I'm a believer!

I would normally discount a review Iike this one but please read. I had at least 10 hot flashes a day and 3 or so at night. I was so miserable that I was just a bear to be around. Embarrassed to go out because I would be sweating so much. Dr recommend this and I took it. She said it may take a month which made me sad...but I stuck with it. At about the 27th day...all of the sudden the hot flashes stopped. All together. Haven’t had even one since . I can’t believe an over the counter drug worked this well, but it did. Try it.

I love this product! My doctor recommended to me because intimacy was getting very painful and the day and night sweats were horrible. I am a breast cancer survivor and not able to take anything with hormones. I didn't know I was having sleep issues either until I slept so good I didn't hear my 3 alarms. LOL.. It has helped the dryness and sweats. Now if it only helped with weight it would be fantastic!!
