I have taken them as directed and really really was hoping I could finally see some relief. Thinking I may need to try it for another month or so and maybe then it will kick in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took the product, Estroven, as directed for a period of 28 days (supply received). There were no noticeable changes in my physical or mental state. Perhaps a longer dosage would provide some results? I don't know.

I have been taking Estroven for two weeks. I was getting up to 25 hot flashes a day and waking up at least 4 times a night. This has helped tremendously. I’m down to about 4 a day and those aren’t as severe. My only problem is I’ve gained 6 pounds in 2 weeks. I do not need to gain weight. I will be trying another method.

I had SEVERE hot flashes and night sweats to the point I was always drenched in sweat, sweat on my cheeks, running down my neck, arms sticking to the table, backs of knees wet. Easily 30 times per day. Waking up wet and then freezing multiple times per night. Within 2 weeks of starting the Estroven Complete, my night sweats were 90% improved. By day 28, hot flashes and night sweats were entirely gone!! I cannot believe this works this well. I'm amazed and sooo happy I tried this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me this product worked fabulously and almost immediately. I had relief from night sweats, less irritability and slept better. As soon as my month's supply was done I went to my local drug store to buy more and couldn't find the same product. I ended up buying a different version of Estroven and have NOT had the same results. Will definitely need to find this one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary box through the i-Health, Inc. Sampling Program. I have been taking the Estroven Menopause Relief + Mood formula for some time now, and I did not notice any increase or decrease in symptoms taking the Complete Relief formula, so I have no issues one way or the other in that regard. The only complaint I have--resulting in the loss of one star--is the packaging. For no apparent reason, this product is over-packaged. The box is taller than necessary, and there is a lot of wasted space on the cards holding the pills. Also, the older format has 30 caplets and this only has 28, so this is a little more expensive. The only recommendations I have are to go back to the previous packaging which looks better and uses less paper, foil, and plastic and return to the 30-count package.

I bought this box a month ago. I was literally soaking wet every hour 24 hours a day. I couldn’t take it anymore and a nurse friend recommended this. I bought this box even though she recommended the red box. It took about 2-3 weeks and literally NO more sweating! It’s changed my life and I just wish I had known about this sooner. Not only am I not sweating I really don’t even get hot. My temperature is back to normal. I read the other reviews and some said it doesn’t work at all. I am not sure why. But this is for sure worth trying and make sure you take it every day and be patient for the first couple weeks. Seriously a game changer!
