I've been taking this for 8 days. The very first morning upon waking, I noticed the general feeling of malaise was gone. I'm a pretty happy well balance person, but 57 years old and had that feeling constantly. I don't have hot flashes anymore, that has passed thankfully. But did have difficulty sleeping and that is gone now also. I get a peaceful sweet nights sleep too. Also my energy level is better. Not bone tired anymore. Mood is definitely better. Can't comment yet on low sex drive and vaginal dryness relief yet. I am going to keep taking it and will post at the end of the month.

However, the tablets were large and hard to swallow plus I would still get the night sweats and occasional hot flash. The new and improved version is so much easier to swallow and no more hot flashes and very little night sweat activity. Super impressed...LOVE!! I feel great!

I was intrigued by the Estroven Complete product and was happy to give it a try. I knew that it would take a few weeks of regular use to enjoy any marked results. I’m pleased to report that this product has helped immensely to keep my mood stable, alleviate the majority of hot flashes, and greatly reduce night sweats. I wholeheartedly recommend giving it a try for a few months. If after that time you feel you would describe your symptoms as “mild”, definitely consider the experiment a success and keep it up! It’s only when you stop, thinking you don’t really need the product, that you perhaps appreciate all the good work that this product does! But don’t put yourself through that! Just take it- and consider it a necessary preventative component in your perimenopausal journey.

Based on a recommendation by my doctor, I started using the Estroven night version with melatonin about a year ago and after two and a half months, I have found them helpful in reducing the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. I had been using them regularly, but still had hot flashes and they were starting to get worse after the Coronovirus lockdown . . . I'm guessing from all the stress of managing work and home and teenagers. I was having a lot of anxiety and difficulty sleeping and concentrating. On my last trip to store to replenish my supply of Estroven Night, I found they were out of stock. Estroven Complete was the only version in stock. I noticed the ingredients were not the same so I was not very hopeful that this version would be effective. But I didn't want my hot flashes/anxiety/sleep and concentration issues to get any worse, so I decided to take a chance. I've been taking this version for almost a month and just realized last week that my hot flashes have decreased significantly in both severity and frequency. My anxiety level and my ability to concentrate has greatly improved. I am sleeping much better with fewer and less severe night sweats. I still have flashes, but they are more warm than hot and they are fewer and further in between. I have just repurchased and I will plan to keep these on hand going forward.

I still had my hot flashes- maybe not as bad because of them, but still had them. It didn't help much with my sleep or the night sweats. I know everyone's body is of course different, but as far as for me it didn't curb any of my symptoms really. Maybe it helped lessen them slightly so I guess anything is better than nothing.
