I’ve been to 3 doctors about being extremely hot and perspiring when I’m sleeping even when the AC is on. After having labs done by all three providers and getting lab results back only to be told be each provider your Not menopausal. My ob/gyn suggested I try this product. After using this a few nights no hot flashes no waking up in the middle of the night. For me this prouduct works extremely well.

I can’t say it has increased my energy, but it certainly hasn’t made me lethargic. I feel this is a great, all inclusive menopausal supplement for women.

Wow! Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews. Ladies, this product is definitely worth a review. For a couple of years my hot flashes have been coming in spurts. After a month of them and then I’d catch a break for a few months allowing me to get some much needed rest. Almost 4 months ago they started up again and wouldn’t let up. I was having 15-20 a day, minimum. I was keeping track of how many weeks it had been since I actually got enough uninterrupted sleep. 9 weeks had passed and it was taking toll on my mental and physical health. 6 days ago I started taking the multi symptom Estroven, and 2 days in my hot flashes were less extreme and not occurring as often. I got my first full night’s sleep the night before last, and man, did my body need that. I highly recommend trying this product. I wish I would not have waited so long, maybe I could have been sleeping weeks ago. Thank you, thank you, thank you Estroven!!!
