I have not been able to sleep for about a month because of these hormonal changes. The lack of sleep completely affects me adversely. I have always been a great sleeper and getting only a couple hours of sleep a night has been absolutely miserable. I not only experience hot flashes during the daytime which I can handle but with so many episodes of night sweats every night I wake up and cannot go back to sleep no matter what I try to do. I am now able to sleep 7.5-8 hours again. I still experience hot flashes at night but it is less, mild and manageable. Night sweats have really improved and I can sleep well again. I’m on my 4th day of Estroven and hope it continues to improve even more. I’m so thankful for Estroven. I don’t know what I would do without Estroven!

It really does help with hot flashes and the night sweats that occur. After using this product for a short time it has helped with all symptoms, it even helps subside the irritability that I have. I feel bad for giving a negative review for a free product, but this did nothing for me. Based on a recommendation by my doctor, I started using the Estroven night version with melatonin about a year ago and after two and a half months, I have found them helpful in reducing the severity and frequency of my hot flashes. I had been using them regularly, but still had hot flashes and they were starting to get worse after the Coronovirus lockdown . . . I'm guessing from all the stress of managing work and home and teenagers. I was having a lot of anxiety and difficulty sleeping and concentrating. On my last trip to store to replenish my supply of Estroven Night, I found they were out of stock. Estroven Complete was the only version in stock. I noticed the ingredients were not the same so I was not very hopeful that this version would be effective. But I didn't want my hot flashes/anxiety/sleep and concentration issues to get any worse, so I decided to take a chance. I've been taking this version for almost a month and just realized last week that my hot flashes have decreased significantly in both severity and frequency. My anxiety level and my ability to concentrate has greatly improved. I am sleeping much better with fewer and less severe night sweats. I still have flashes, but they are more warm than hot and they are fewer and further in between. I have just repurchased and I will plan to keep these on hand going forward.
