I bought this box a month ago. I was literally soaking wet every hour 24 hours a day. I couldn’t take it anymore and a nurse friend recommended this. I bought this box even though she recommended the red box. It took about 2-3 weeks and literally NO more sweating! It’s changed my life and I just wish I had known about this sooner. Not only am I not sweating I really don’t even get hot. My temperature is back to normal. I read the other reviews and some said it doesn’t work at all. I am not sure why. But this is for sure worth trying and make sure you take it every day and be patient for the first couple weeks. Seriously a game changer!

My experience was that my hot flashes actually got worse and there was no improvement in my sleeping patterns. I wish it worked better but it isn't for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently switched to this more expensive formula from the calm & sleep formula and it has helped with my sleep patterns It has almost completely stopped the hot flashes that occurred at night when I sleep as well.

I have only been taking this for a little over a week, but my nightly hot flash/sweats are gone. I was expecting it to take up to 3 weeks, but immediate relief was my breath of fresh air! I have noticed a very minor headache some mornings, but nothing that is even close to the sleep loss I was having.

The flashes and sweats were not as strong and they relieved some of my anxiety. Would definitely recommend to someone suffering from the symptoms of menopause.

I was taking this for 3 months straight my hot flashes were gone I was sleeping really good and things got a little tight so I cannot pick it up. Within a week or so I was say about 2 weeks I experienced the worst hot flash of my life. So I can honestly say that this works my hot flash was so bad that I thought I was going to vomit on the SPOT. Needless to say I am not going to go without this again
