I was extremely excited when I received the product because I noticed that the pills were a LOT smaller. I was also attracted to the natural ingredients and the packaging because each pill is labeled with the day if the week. If you are like me I always seem to forget whether I took the pill that day or not and the labeling is extremely helpful. Unfortunately and despite my great expectations I’ve been nothing but one big hot flash since I started taking these. They really don’t seem to work on me at all and I will be returning to another formula of the Estroven product!

Ihave taken this for 3 weeks now so I feel like I've given it a good try. I can honestly say I don't notice a single difference. I didn't have night sweats but I do have weight gain, bloating, lower right stomach and back pain so I would not recommend it.

Unfortunately it didn't really help with any of the menopause symptoms listed. I was hoping it would lessen hot flashes and night sweats, but they are as frequent as ever, disappointed
