I had a hysterectomy in December of 2020, that left me with only one ovary. That one ovary held out for as long as it could to keep me out of menopause, but about a year and a half later, intense hot flashes began, with sleeplessness, weight gain… all the signs were there. A blood test confirmed I was indeed in menopause. My GP recommended this product in place of HRT- which I absolutely did not want as I am scared of the risk of breast cancer from it. I began taking it and by about 2 weeks, the hot flashes completely stopped! I was having them all day, multiple times at night with lots of sweating (which caused the sleeplessness), and now they were just gone! I told some friends that I believed I had “mild menopause” because it seemed to be already over for me, while I know other women who went through it for years. Including my own mother. But in talking with my friends I realized it must be the Estroven! And indeed when I got off schedule for a time the night sweats and hot flashes returned, to a much less extent, but they did return. The minute I got back on schedule again… gone. This in and of itself was a life changer and worth every penny. I cannot say that my mood, or weight gain has improved, however I have deeper issues with those things that began before menopause and is not related and I would not expect this to be a miracle pill to solve those problems. I do think anxiety that was made worse by menopause has become more manageable though. Highly recommend this product. There is no need to suffer ladies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking the Stress Plus Mood & Memory (purple box) for a year and it has helped lots with my moodiness and memory loss. The Complete were OK but I feel I was a little more forgetful since Complete does not have ginkgo biloba.

I bought this 10 weeks ago. The first 4 weeks there was no noticeable symptom relief, but then it started working and for 6 weeks I was virtually symptom free. However, now despite continued daily use, the symptoms have returned. I am hoping that there is a way to get it to start working again.

I just wish it had worked for me. It was disappointing that I can't seem to find a product that will help.

I have been using Estroven products for the last few years to manage hot flashes and night sweats and have had no issues. I've been extremely satisfied with the products and the relief provided. Unfortunately within a few days of starting Estroven Complete, I experienced issues with dizziness. I'm really not sure if it was caused by use of this product or something else but I stopped using it just in case. I would still recommend this product to friends to try because it is very likely just my own sensitivity to an ingredient.
