The tablet is small, and easy to swallow, and the packaging makes it easy to make sure you don't miss a dose. This is a great non-hormonal solution to perimenopausal symptoms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great idea, but it doesn't work for everyone. So you just have to try it and see if it works for you. I discovered that it does not do well for someone with IBS-C. It further constipates. Additionally, it created a bit of a hormonal reaction for 3 weeks while taking it, and it took a couple weeks of not taking it to start to go back to "normal". The hormonal reaction mimicked the onset of a period, with clear mucus, bloating, and breast tenderness (all in addition to the constipation). I did some research and rhubarb is not meant for those with digestive issues.

I started taking Estroven Complete January 20. My hot flashes and night sweats were very annoying. The fact that this product was vegan and drug free was worth a try for me. It did take it for about 3 weeks for it to really start working but it sure does work right now! My night sweats and hot flashes are almost completely gone and I am sleeping longer periods of time! My mood seems to have improved as well. I am still having a little trouble with the few pound I have gained during menopause but I will continue to take this! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an avid Estrogen user for the last five years. I have tried the entire line of products. This one is hands down the very best!! It acts just as the name suggests...Complete! I suffer horribly with hot flashes. Waking up in pools of sweat and spending all hours of the day behind a strong fan. With Estrogen Complete, they were great diminished. I still had the hot flashes but so minimally. I was not aware of any perspiration at night and during the day I didn't need to be constantly by a fan. I really noticed a huge difference. Just being able to have a peaceful nights rest is worth its weight in gold!

I have been using Estroven products for the last few years to manage hot flashes and night sweats and have had no issues. I've been extremely satisfied with the products and the relief provided. Unfortunately within a few days of starting Estroven Complete, I experienced issues with dizziness. I'm really not sure if it was caused by use of this product or something else but I stopped using it just in case. I would still recommend this product to friends to try because it is very likely just my own sensitivity to an ingredient.

Been taking the complete menopause relief for about two weeks now. Wasn’t expecting it to work so quickly or at all. Tried black cohosh that did nothing. With this my hot flashes and night sweats seem to be gone. Only thing I’ve noticed is feeling a bit bloated (not sure if that’s normal or not) hoping this gets better so I can continue to take it. If not afraid all my symptoms will return

Ihave taken this for 3 weeks now so I feel like I've given it a good try. I can honestly say I don't notice a single difference. I didn't have night sweats but I do have weight gain, bloating, lower right stomach and back pain so I would not recommend it.
