[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously been using the weight management version of estroven. I then switched to this version... I can't say it was better or helped more. I do think it was better for the hot flashes, but other than that... I don't feel any different.

I still had my hot flashes- maybe not as bad because of them, but still had them. It didn't help much with my sleep or the night sweats. I know everyone's body is of course different, but as far as for me it didn't curb any of my symptoms really. Maybe it helped lessen them slightly so I guess anything is better than nothing.

I like how it helps to relieve certain Menopause symptoms like hot flashes that can be a daily problem at night when trying to sleep. I found that the product helped with the hot flashes and I seemed to sleep a lot better at night. It also helped with those night sweats that come with the hot flashes. I found that I did not wake up as tired as I normally do, felt more rested, and had more energy during the day. I also like how the product is hormone and estrogen free. The product is also NON GMO, vegan, and gluten free. The product helps with a variety of other issues such as managing irritability, helps with stress and mental exhaustion, and helps to support bladder and urinary health. I also like that you just have to take one easy to swallow caplet daily. All in all, a great product that helps to provide relief for many menopause symptoms.

This was more natural and more effective. I have also tried sublingual trokies that include testosterone and progesterone. And just testosterone by itself. Estroven without soy is the most effective by far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me state that I am perimenopausal. I like the fact that these are non hormonal. I took two caplets every night with dinner. My hot flashes are now more managable then before. Some days I don't have any. I felt as if I even slept a little better than before as I don't find myself waking up multiple times during the night. I highly recommend this product.

I have only been taking this for a little over a week, but my nightly hot flash/sweats are gone. I was expecting it to take up to 3 weeks, but immediate relief was my breath of fresh air! I have noticed a very minor headache some mornings, but nothing that is even close to the sleep loss I was having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked wonders for me, after about two weeks of taking them I didn't feel any hot flashes and I slept better overall at night and during my nap. I also didn't feel as tired as I normally do, which has been fantastic with how busy I am. Almost all of my symptoms went away.

I started taking Estroven Complete January 20. My hot flashes and night sweats were very annoying. The fact that this product was vegan and drug free was worth a try for me. It did take it for about 3 weeks for it to really start working but it sure does work right now! My night sweats and hot flashes are almost completely gone and I am sleeping longer periods of time! My mood seems to have improved as well. I am still having a little trouble with the few pound I have gained during menopause but I will continue to take this! :)
